I will travel Thursday from early in the morning (before sunrise) till noon, so I was thinking at the following modalities to rearrange the workouts:
M: CF9 RFF4 Strength TS6
W: CFF4 RF3
T: travel. Eat, sleep and the Strength TS1(in the evening)
S: STa1 CRe1 RTa1
The advantage will be that on Thursday I will have a day almost off, the strength session being light enough and helping me to recover after the trip. I see a disadvantage in the fact that the last bike workout will be Wednesday, 4 days before the race day.
Thursday will be a little bit crowded but after a nap, I think I will manage to do 30 min of easy run and the light strength session, both helping to restore the body after the travel. Also, CFF4 session on Friday will be a good opportunity to check the bike and see that everything is ok with it.
