im coming up on a BR4 workout. due to my being at my remote work location, its not possible to perform this brick workout per the guidance (timing and intervals of off and on the bike to the treadmill multiple times).
how would i split this up into two distinct workouts i could do back to back, a.k.a. the more traditional bike / run brick?
If you’re not able to perform the vacillating brick as written, then perform the as a classic bike to run brick. For the BR4, make it s 25-minute bike in Zone 3 and a 3 mile run in Zone 3. This is essentially doing almost a Sprint distance for training.
