I just completed a 45 min run. The run was completed within the targeted zones, at the target duration, etc. When the data for the 80/20 workout appears training peaks, the planned TSS is 568 and the completed rTSS is 53. What is the difference? I have been doing my 80/20 workout with a high level of compliance but my weekly Total Training Stress scores are only about 25% of what they should be.
Bike workouts are showing as TSS planned vs TSS completed and seem OK, my Swim workouts are showing as TSS planned vs sTSS and seem OK, but my run workouts are TSS planned vs rTSS completed and the rTSS figure is about 10% of the TSS. Any suggestions for what I need to change in my settings?
