I am in the final 2 weeks of the race specific training for the half Ironman distance level 1. I will be traveling on Sunday when I am supposed to be doing CAe8 and RF9. That is a huge workout and I don’t think I should just skip it. I could possibly complete it next Monday but next week is a big week for training so I don’t know if I should modify something else if I move it to Monday.
I would appreciate any guidance.
Thank you. Hopefully one of those options will work. If for some reason I cannot do the full brick on Monday because of work commitments, can you suggest a plan assuming I can do a one hour run on Sunday and a two hour workout on Monday? Thanks for the help.
