    Hi,
    i’m a new subscriber, in the resource page “Understanding Your 80/20 Premium Strength Plan” i understand that this superset :

    (2) Bird Dog – 9 x 8s each side alternating
    (2) Glute Bridge – 10

    has to be done like this with minimal rest between those 4 sets :

    Bird Dog – 9 x 8s each side alternating
    Glute Bridge – 10
    Bird Dog – 9 x 8s each side alternating
    Glute Bridge – 10

    But… how to execute this superset ? :

    (3) Romanian Deadlift – 10
    (2) Torsional Buttress – 5 x 10s each side alternating

    like this ? :

    Romanian Deadlift – 10
    Torsional Buttress – 5 x 10s each side alternating
    Romanian Deadlift – 10
    Torsional Buttress – 5 x 10s each side alternating
    Romanian Deadlift – 10

    and this one ?

    (3) Single-Leg Row – 12
    (4) Pull-Up – 6

    I would only modify the last one to look like this:

    6 Pull-Up
    12 Single-Leg Row
    6 Pull-Up
    12 Single-Leg Row
    6 Pull-Up
    12 Single-Leg Row
    6 Pull-Up
