Hi all – I’m in the final weeks of the 19 week level 2 HIM program – the hardest week really….
With Mother’s Day this Sunday, I don’t see how hubs and I are going to be away 6hr+ of the day to get these workouts completed (3hr ride / 1hr run + travel time).
How would you suggest rearranging this week to move that brick to SATURDAY and account for enough recovery between sessions those midweek session?
Not sure how to do with those two hard workouts back to back – RAe7 on Thursday and CCI15 on Friday….ack.
