So just about to undertake my second ever half marathon on Sunday and complete my first 8020 plan (HM L0). I have another HM in 14 weeks. So what is next?
I believe I take the week after the race off – is that correct.
I don’t think I have the time for the number of runs in the L1 plan – so do I just take a new threshold test and repeat the LO plan?
Is the TrainingPeaks PACE app an option with Matt as the coach – or is than not 8020 (which I like as I have had only one injury using it).
