In about two weeks from now (February 19) I will run a 100KM trail. I’ve been using the Ultra 50M and 100KM level 2 training plan (power based) and race day is exactly at the end of my plan. All going well so far!
On April 10 I’m planning a road marathon with a target time of sub 3:00h. I’m curious to find out what the best way is to transition from my current plan into a new plan. Since there is only 7 weeks in between I won’t be able to complete a full plan from start to finish.
