Zone reduction when starting new plan

    I have just completed HML0 and did my half marathion, had a week off then started HML1. I have just done my 3 week retest and my metrics (main one Power) are all down about 5%. Should I keep my higher zones (which seem OK to me) or reduce the zones to match the new test results.

    I’d use the higher zones. It’s not uncommon for FTP to drop one test to another. If it happens two tests in a row (3 weeks apart) then I’m worried.

    How much did Pace change between the two test?
