    David, That would be great if you could switch it around on training peaks for me! You have the dates for both races correct. Thanks!

    The workout library on this site here has it as a 20 mile run. The breakdown is:

    1.5 miles Zone 1, 16 miles at race pace, 1 mile Zone 2, 1.5 miles Zone 1

    I did think it was weird that the book didn’t actually mention the breakdown of that one.
