ParticipantI am on weeks 17 and 18 of the plan. I totaled up the hours for the runs and bikes. I then looked at the time in zones. At this stage it is emphasizing more zone 1 and 2 . Is that right? I would not expect 20 % higher intensity?

ParticipantThanks for the information Matt. I probably should have also stated I am in the age 70 to 74 age group and have some stiff competition for a Half Ironman World championship slot. So should I taper a little more?
