I have a strong disdain for any treadmill running past about 30 minutes. Besides my next race I am prepping for is an offroad triathlon in the MOTUS series so I need to spend more times on the trails and off roads.
Good news is that I don’t have a stress fracture. I also did my Tuesday run on grass and a cinder track and that helped as well. Guess I will do everything I can to avoid running on roads for the next few weeks and keep plugging away.
