Thank you for your purchase of the book, How to Run the Perfect Race. To access the individual book workouts for use on your compatible device, complete these three easy steps:

  1. Login to or create a TrainingPeaks Basic or Premium account. A TrainingPeaks Premium account is not required to use these workouts, you can use a free Basic account
  2. Fill out the form below. Please note that free plan library offer is reserved for individuals who have purchased the book How to Run the Perfect Race
  3. Wait (just a day or so) for an e-mail from TrainingPeaks and accept the 80/20 Run RPE library into your account

You can then drag and drop the 80/20 Endurance Run RPE workouts from your TrainingPeaks workout library into your TrainingPeaks calendar. TrainingPeaks provides the ability for your daily workouts to be automatically sync'd to your compatible device.

The 80/20 Run RPE workout library will allow you to build your How to Run the Perfect Race training plan within TrainingPeaks a few days at a time. Alternatively, consider the advantages of complete, ready-made 80/20 Endurance run plan.
