Coach directory
80/20 certified coaches
Some athletes want the plan. Some want a coach. If you want someone who already works the way 80/20 works — most training easy, hard training made to count — you want a certified 80/20 Endurance coach.
The directory is being built
Coach pages are publishing in waves
We're building a full directory — a page for every certified coach, with their background, the athletes they work with, and how to reach them. Those pages go live in reviewed waves, and we're not publishing a coach until their page is genuinely worth reading.
Until then, the fastest route to a coach is to ask us. Tell us your sport, your next race, and roughly how much you can train — we'll point you at the right certified coach.
What certified means
Not a directory listing fee
Trained in the method
Certified coaches complete the 80/20 Endurance certification: the intensity-balance research, how the plans are built, and how to apply the method to a real athlete's week.
The same system as the plans
Most training easy, hard training made to count. A certified coach works from the method you already came here for, adapted to your schedule, your races, and your history.
Coaching, not a plan
A plan is written once. A coach adjusts week to week — around illness, travel, a bad block, or a race that moved. That is the difference you are paying for.

Certified coaches write here
Several certified 80/20 coaches write for the 80/20 Endurance blog. Their bylines:
- Jim Vance
- Anne Sharkey
- JW McKenna
- Alicia Phillips
- Steph Christensen
Bylines from the blog archive — each coach's own page lands with their wave of the directory.
Next step
Tell us what you're training for
Send us your sport, your goal race, and your rough weekly hours. We'll get you to a certified coach — or to the plan that fits, if that turns out to be the better answer.
