Team 80/20 Terms of Service

Effective Date: 9th June 2025

Welcome to Team 80/20! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Team 80/20 membership services provided by 80/20 Endurance. By purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Membership Access
  • Team 80/20 offers various membership tiers (GOLD, SILVER, TP ONLY), each providing access to specific training plans, resources, tools, and coaching services.
  • Access to membership benefits begins upon successful payment and continues until the end of the billing cycle unless canceled.
  1. Billing and Payments
  • Monthly and annual memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis based on the membership selected.
  • By subscribing, you authorize 80/20 Endurance to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  • You may cancel at any time by emailing results@8020endurance.com. No refunds are issued for partial months.
  1. User Conduct
  • You agree to use Team 80/20 services for lawful purposes only and not to misuse the services in any way that could harm the platform, its users, or its reputation.
  • Sharing your account access or content with non-members is strictly prohibited.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All training plans, coaching materials, videos, guides, and other content are the intellectual property of 80/20 Endurance.
  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without written permission.
  1. Termination
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Team 80/20 services at our discretion if we believe you are in violation of these Terms.
  • In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, no refund will be provided.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Participation in training programs is at your own risk. Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, 80/20 Endurance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
  1. Modifications to Terms
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
  • Continued use of the membership services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of UTAH, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Team 80/20 Membership Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 9th June 2025

  1. Monthly Memberships (GOLD $29.95, SILVER $19.95, TP $15.96)
  • Monthly memberships are billed automatically each month on the same date of purchase.
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support at results@8020endurance.com.
  • GOLD and SILVER members are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee, allowing a full refund if requested within 30 days of the purchase date. After the 30-day window, no further charges will be applied upon cancellation, but no refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • TP (TrainingPeaks Premium) members may cancel at any time; TP is cancel anytime, not covered by the money-back guarantee — no refunds or prorated refunds are issued for the current billing cycle, and access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  1. Annual Memberships (GOLD $199/year & SILVER $149/year & TP ONLY $107.99/year)
  • Annual memberships are billed upfront for the full year upon purchase.
  • GOLD and SILVER members are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee, allowing a full refund if requested within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, the membership fee is non-refundable.
  • TP (TrainingPeaks Premium) is cancel anytime, not covered by the money-back guarantee: the membership fee is non-refundable and no partial refunds are issued for unused months. Members may cancel their auto-renewal at any time.
  1. Exception Requests
  • Refund requests outside the 30-day window will only be considered under extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations.
  • To request an exception, members must submit a written request with supporting documentation to results@8020endurance.com.
  • All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of 80/20 Endurance.
  1. How to Cancel
  • Members can cancel their membership at any time by emailing results@8020endurance.com
  • Upon cancellation, members will retain access to their benefits until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will apply.
