“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much” This is me. I have been in the fitness industry for well over 15 years. I knew if I wanted to be the best, I had to learn from the best. I have been fortunate to work all over the country, from San Diego, to Baltimore. As a Coast Guard wife and mom of four, our life is always changing, but my passion is still the same; to help as many people as possible to become their best selves. I started in the gym, and the endurance world slowly took over my world. Once I learned about the 80/20 concept, my training took off. Coupled with the right strength program, fueled with proper nutrition, and a great community of like-minded individuals, finding my people was simple- on the trails, at the races, and through training in the gym. I have completed in gravel, fat tire, and mountain bike races. Also, finding joy in sprint, olympic, and half ironman triathlon.
I am here to help you. My objective is clear. I want to help you not just cross the finish line, but build better nutrition and workout habits so you can have sustainable success for the rest of your life, all while having fun along the way!
