MY BIO:

USAT level 1 and 80/20 Endurance coach certification, masters degree in exercise physiology. I am a practicing cardiologist and mom to 3 kids. As a triathlete, I have completed distances from sprint to full Ironman, and qualified for/raced at Age Group Nationals many times. I bring to my coaching approach a personal understanding of the challenges of balancing work and family life with training, a deep knowledge of human health and physiology, and a strong commitment to responsiveness and timely communication with athletes.
