Ready to Revive! Fitness has always been a part of my life; it started when I was young with a love of sports then with a dedication taking me to competitive downhill skiing and Junior A Hockey. I am a father, husband, athlete, and student. I have completed 8 of 22 courses at Mount Royal University in their Personal Fitness Trainer program taking my coaching to the next level. As an endurance athlete myself I have competed in triathlon, duathlon, OCR, a FireFit Worlds & Canadian National Championship qualifier, and racing ultra trail distances since 2015. As an 80/20 Endurance certified coach and The Running Clinic certified in Fundamentals of Running Injuries, I believe an athlete’s training needs to be approached holistically and contribute to their overall health and wellness.
I love seeing athletes crushing goals along their fitness journey. I have coached beginner athletes, triathletes, and ultra trail runners from introduction to their sport to podium finishes. Watching an athlete complete three ultra trail races within six weeks and PB the third by 45mins is my ‘why’ I enjoy coaching, as your coach I will guide you along your journey to whatever your ‘why’ is.
