MY BIO:

With almost 4 decades of triathlon experience and coaching certifications from Ironman University, British Triathlon (Level 3) and TrainingPeaks (Level 2), Rav is one of the most experienced coaches around.
Rav has worked with 100s of athletes of all ages and abilities and improved their performance, skills and mindset as Managing Director of Aloha Tri. What motivates us is the “Aloha spirit”, a powerful way to achieve a desired state of mind and body, which we translate into how we coach you.

Rav has been a triathlete since 1982. One of his first big races was the Chicago Triathlon in 1984 at the age of 16. He has represented England at both the European and world long distance triathlon championships and raced in over 20 Ironman races, 300+ multisport events globally. In Oct. 2016, he competed in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.

He holds British Triathlon Level 3, TrainingPeaks Level 2 and Ironman University coaching certificates.

Having coached athletes for 2 decades for Ironman and various age group championships worldwide, he is your perfect partner for your triathlon journey.
