MY BIO:

Steph has been coaching endurance athletes for 15 years. She loves sharing her passion and knowledge with her athletes as they achieve their goals! Steph has a MS in Exercise Science, is a 80/20 Certified Coach, USAT L1 coach, PMBIA L1 coach, and a Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor. Steph has coached a wide variety of endurance athletes that range from beginners to Xterra and Ironman 70.3 World Championship Qualifiers, Boston marathoners, endurance cyclists and MTB riders. An endurance athlete herself, Steph has competed in multiple half and full Ironman triathlons, off-road triathlons, marathons, long distance cycling, and mountain biking events. While helping her athletes pursue their athletic achievements, Steph also believes strongly in encouraging her athletes to find a life balance where training and racing become a healthy way of life, rather than a “one and done” box to check off the list. She believes that endurance sport can be a healthy way to enjoy longevity in sport, a part of a well-balanced and fulfilling life, and a LOT of fun!
