Convert Your Sample Plan to the Full Plan

We're so pleased you enjoyed your sample plan! Getting the full plan is easy by following these steps:

  1. Visit our Run Plan Store or Triathlon Plan Store.
  2. Use the filter on the right to find your plan's Distance, Level and Intensity type.
  3. Click Buy Plan and follow the checkout through TrainingPeaks.
  4. Unapply your 80/20 sample plan then apply your shiny new full plan using the same start date you had for the sample plan!
